Storage container delivery

We use self-unloading vehicles for storage container delivery. Cranes can be arranged to offload containers into required position if vehicular access is a problem.

Storage containers are usually offloaded off the side of the lorry. The minimum width required for offloading is 20ft. Gates and entrances onto sites must be at least 9ft wide.

Height, length and width required for storage container delivery:

20ft storage containers are delivered on 30ft long and 9ft wide rigid lorries. Height clearance required is approximately 14ft.

40ft storage containers are delivered on 60ft long and 9ft wide articulated lorries. Height clearance required is approximately 14ft.

Relatively dry and level ground is needed for storage container delivery.

If you require loading or offloading of storage containers from a public highway, you will need to obtain necessary permits and take responsibility for any legal implications if offloading causes obstruction.

Storage container delivery is prompt and efficient although exact times cannot be given due to possible traffic delays beyond our control.

Next day delivery is available on request.
